Charles Hurst Ferrari were thrilled to host the first ever “Club Cavallino” event, February 3rd. This was an event, hosted by Charles Hurst Ferrari, to show appreciation to our customers, offer an opportunity for enthusiasts to meet likeminded Ferrarista’s and most importantly, to raise money for an amazing charity, Cancer Fund for Children.
“Club Cavallino” was hosted at our Ferrari showroom, where
we welcomed over 100 current and potential customers to enjoy an evening of
fun, competition, and all things Ferrari.
For this exclusive event we wanted to offer our guests the
chance to enjoy an exciting array of activities, that they may not have had the
opportunity to try before. To help create a sense of excitement and competition
at “Club Cavallino”, we were delighted to invite Digital Motorsports to attend.
Digital Motorsports are a leading Irish company in racing simulators who
generously setup two racing simulators for the “Club Cavallino” guests to
enjoy. Silverstone was the circuit and Andrew Morrow’s 2:04 lap, set in his 488
Challenge, was the time to beat. As well as having two racing simulators at our
event, we had an array of arcade games, a customised pool table and juke boxes
to entertain our guests. Game Amusements NI supplied the eye-catching entertainments
and their popularity was clear to see. To complete the line-up of activities we
had Foregolf and Trackman install a virtual golf course outside the showroom.
Guests had the chance to test their skills and experience the leading
technology in virtual golf.
We wanted to use “Club Cavallino” as a platform which all our
customers could use to network with one another, meet businesses and grow brand
awareness. Charles Hurst Ferrari were proud to have three local businesses in
attendance at our event. Pride and Pinion, Hugo Thomas and Legacy Wealth
Management generously sponsored and participated in “Club Cavallino”. Our
guests were treated to a beautiful display of watches, provided by Pride and
Pinion, which included a collection of Patek Philippe, Richard Mille and Rolex.
In addition to Pride and Pinion’s watch display, “Club Cavallino” was home to a
selection of Hugo Thomas suits. Our guests had the opportunity to have a suit
fitted as well as browse the fantastic range of clothes on show. Also in
attendance was Legacy Wealth Management, who offered advice to our attendees regarding
their bespoke, comprehensive and fully independent financial planning services.
We wanted guests to enjoy a taste of Italy and Belfast Wood Fired Pizza were the perfect choice for “Club Cavallino”. They cooked up a unique and delicious pizza menu for our guests, inspired by Ferrari’s of the past and present. All pizzas were cooked on demand in their authentic wood fire oven. The consensus was unanimous that the pizza was exquisite. To complement the team from Woodfire we had the privilege of partnering with Echlinville Distillery. Our guests had the opportunity to sample a selection of cocktails, prepared by an award winning mixologist, to accompany our cocktail selection Dunville's award winning Irish Whiskey was also available for tasting. The hospitality surpassed all of our expectations and the success of the evening could not have been achieved without their help and support.
Charles Hurst Ferrari set out with the goal of hosting an exclusive
event for our guests to relax, enjoy the entertainment and hospitality, but all
while raising money for a fantastic charity. We were delighted to raise £4,650
for Cancer Fund for Children, which will help to support their tireless work.
“Club Cavallino” was our first event of this kind and its success
would not have been possible without the fantastic work and support from our
partners. We look forward to hosting many more in the future.
